Your Tasks
- Preparation and execution of offer comparisons for optimal and cost-efficient patient care
- Designing negotiation strategies
- Conducting negotiations with selected suppliers up to contract conclusion
- Developing procurement strategies for various product groups
- Responsibility for selected product groups including purchasing controlling
- Supporting the implementation of purchasing and specialist group resolutions
- Product and supplier streamlining at the group level
- Leading procurement projects
- Preparing contract documents including technical and legal coordination and finalization with suppliers
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business administration or health management or completed training as a nursing specialist
- Knowledge in analyzing and processing large amounts of data
- Experience in strategic and operational purchasing in healthcare
- Good product knowledge in healthcare desirable
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially spreadsheets and PowerPoint
- Very good English skills, spoken and written
- Experienced interaction with various people and situations, confident communication skills, and strong persuasiveness
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Strong service orientation, high flexibility, and reliability
- Willingness to travel (driving license class B)
