We are a real estate service company based in Immensee (SZ) and part of the C. Vanoli Group. To strengthen our motivated team, we are looking for a property manager (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

Independently managing your own real estate portfolio (condominiums and rentals)
Organizing property maintenance, coordinating and issuing orders for repairs and damage cases
Contact person for tenants, owners, authorities, and caretakers
Accompanying renovations and remodeling projects

Qualifications / Profile:

Completed commercial basic training
Preferably, you have a specialized further education (property manager with FA) or three to four years of experience in property management
Experience in organizing and leading STWEG meetings
Good manners, resilient, persistent, and good assertiveness
High flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and action
Precise and independent working style
Experience with RIMO R5 is an advantage
