Main tasks:
- Execution of orders in terms of quantity, quality, and according to the transport solution and time window requested by the customer
- Optimal and economical disposition of all gravel/concrete deliveries and logistics services
- Use of vehicles in compliance with the law and fairly
- Disposition of all own and third-party vehicles with daily and weekly planning
- Control and subsequent processing of delivery notes
- Ensuring the necessary flow of information in the sales, production, and quality control sectors
Additional tasks
- Creation and forwarding of error reports and customer complaints.
- Assistance in production.
- Execution of cleaning and tidying work / Assistance in revision.
- Other temporary or permanent tasks, if necessary for the company
Required profile
- Completed professional apprenticeship
- Experience in disposition
- Experience in logistics and planning
- Basic knowledge of loading plants, including control and regulation technology
- Knowledge of gravel and concrete products and their applications
- Knowledge of customer service and telephone support
- Affinity for new technologies, good computer skills
- Structured, systematic, and independent work
- Ability to think solution-oriented
- Good communication skills
