Four modern clinics with fully equipped operating rooms and ten additional regional specialist centers form our network, which is geographically spread across five different cantons. The ONO Eye Center, with around 130 specialists and over 80,000 treatments per year, is one of the leading private providers. The company is part of the ONO Group (Ophthalmologic Network Organisation), which successfully operates three other clinics and more than 30 specialist practices in French-speaking Switzerland. Additionally, the full range of plastic and aesthetic surgery services is offered under the name ono estetika in Wallisellen, Zurich, Amriswil, Schaffhausen, and Lachen.

Specialist in Ophthalmology 100%

Your challenge:

In this demanding and versatile position, you are jointly responsible for the outpatient area of the clinic. You bear responsibility for ophthalmological care, which includes both conservative and surgical treatments. There is also the possibility to work in the field of refractive surgery. The further development of the specialist clinic is also part of your duties. The position will be adapted to your professional profile.

Your competence:

• Specialist recognition in Switzerland
• Requirement for obtaining a cantonal permit (BAB) including OKP approval
• Independent working style with a high quality standard
• Strong service orientation with high communication and social skills
• Fluent German in spoken and written form

Your profile:

• You have a commercial basic education and necessarily further training in the field of payroll.
• You have several years of professional experience in payroll and social insurance.
• You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and experience with Abacus.
• You bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and responsibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• French and English skills are an advantage
