Your tasks include:
- Active support and care of corporate clients in the event of a claim
- Professional advice in the area of business, professional liability, and
legal protection insurance - Participation / leadership and moderation of claims meetings
- On-site damage inspections
- Answering customer inquiries (verbally and in writing)
- Conducting negotiations with insurers
- Reviewing rejections, compensation agreements, and claims settlements
- Maintaining contact with clients and insurers
- Preparing and presenting presentations and claims training to clients
- Handling daily correspondence
You bring:
- Further training as an insurance specialist with federal diploma or certificate as an insurance broker
- Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Very good and solid expertise in the fields of business and professional liability insurance, knowledge in the area of legal protection is an advantage
- Comprehensive know-how in claims management for medium and large corporate clients
- Enjoyment of professional challenges
- Service-oriented
- Quick comprehension, very independent and precise working style
- Fluent communication skills and very good negotiation skills
- Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
