Independent handling of complex personal injury cases in liability and motor vehicle insurance
Review and assessment of complex coverage and liability issues
Calculating personal injuries
Negotiating with policyholders, injured parties, legal representatives, as well as affected private and social insurers
Processing and conducting active and passive recourse claims
Clarifying various legal questions

Your Skills and Talents

University degree in law (Master of Law / lic. iur.) or insurance career with completed qualified further education (specialist with federal diploma or certified insurance economist HF)
Several years of experience in handling complex claims in the liability and motor vehicle sector
Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills as well as communication skills
Convincing oral and written expression
High social and professional competence
Enjoyment of customer contact and willingness to provide the best possible solution to the customer
Confident German and any additional foreign language is an advantage
