We are recruiting a 100% Head Waiter/Waitress for our Boutique Hotel and Chic Bistro in Bellevue, with a start date in March 2026.
You have proven successful experience in dining room service and wish to grow in a professional, human, and elegant environment.
The salary is based on the CCNT scale, adjusted according to your background.

YOUR MISSION:
Alongside the Maître d'Hôtel and the Deputy Director of the establishment, you will be responsible for your section to offer each client a smooth, attentive, and unforgettable moment. You will supervise the runners and contribute to the good dynamic of the dining room and the delight of the client.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
1 to 2 years minimum experience as Head Waiter/Waitress or confirmed server
Training in hotel and restaurant management (CAP/BEP, CFC or equivalent)
Ease in managing your section, taking orders, handling payments
Good knowledge of French and English (minimum B1)
Enjoyment of customer contact, team spirit, and exemplary behavior
Good mastery of HACCP standards and service standards
Knowledge of Lightspeed: a plus!
