DEPARTMENT HEAD: STRUCTURAL FIRE PROTECTION 100%
Responsibility for projects, team, and processes
Company location: 3073 Gümligen BE
Your tasks - versatile & responsible
Overall responsibility for the department with around 40 employees, including leadership and development of project managers and installation staff
Responsibility for offer calculation as well as economic support and billing of projects
Project management with negotiation skills for optimal results
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships on an equal footing
Control and optimization of processes across the entire service area
Regular reporting to management
Your profile - competent & structured
Several years of professional experience in the construction industry with project management tasks
At least 3 years of leadership experience as well as a high sense of responsibility
Proven business management know-how to complement your practical experience
Strong communication skills and social competence
Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action
Very good German skills in spoken and written; good French skills in spoken and written are an advantage
