You take responsibility in the front kitchen - from active teamwork to daily responsibility. You ensure that our dishes are prepared according to Bloomell standards, support your team for smooth operations, and ensure an efficient, clean, and structured working method in the kitchen. YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of high-quality breakfast, brunch, and desserts according to Bloomell standards
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service times
- Ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management according to the "First In, First Out" principle
- Completed basic training as a cook EFZ, baker-pastry chef-confiseur EFZ, or comparable training with experience
- Experience in breakfast, brunch, or system gastronomy is an advantage
- Enjoyment of fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
