Are you a true service talent and love supporting people? In our Service Center, you actively shape everyday campus life: You are the first point of contact for our employees and students and ensure that everything runs smoothly with counter services such as CampusCard, copying, office supplies, and mail service. Varied, close to people, and right in the middle of campus life – no day is like the other here.
Department: Finance & Services
Start of work: From 01.08.2026 or by arrangement
- Ensuring operational services in the Service Center at the Wädenswil location as well as deputizing at all ZHAW locations
- Consultation and support at the counter and by phone, including order processing, CampusCard support, as well as infrastructure and material management
- Reception support (workload share: approx. 20%)
- Deputizing and supporting the internal mail and transport service at all ZHAW locations (at 100%: fixed share of around 20%)
- Depending on qualification: collaboration and deputizing in access management
- Communicative, service-oriented, and integral personality with high flexibility
- Enjoyment of independent, efficient, and committed teamwork
- Strong sense of overall context
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial or technical environment
- Affinity for electronic systems and digital workflows
- Confident handling of safety, quality, traffic, and company regulations
- Good PC and MS Office skills
- Polite, professional, and service-oriented manners
- Fluent German skills; English skills are a plus
- Valid category B driving license

The Facility Management of ZHAW, with around 87 employees, ensures FM services for the entire university of applied sciences. Within the FM organization, the Shared Service Center is the central point for cross-location FM services of ZHAW, from where services such as signage, access management, print & copy, mail and transport service, Campus Card, catering, university secretariat, and mobility are offered customer-oriented.
