(Junior) Market Manager
Workload: 80% - 100% / Location: Interlaken
The Jungfrau Region Tourism AG is looking for an outgoing personality to join its team in Interlaken from January 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Handling assigned markets in coordination with the Team Leader Sales
- Organizing international study and media trips including on-site support
- Organizing and participating in trade fairs and events at home and abroad
- Creating market-appropriate content for digital platforms and campaigns
- Maintaining and recording data in the CRM system
- Planning and creating sales newsletters
- Recording reports
Your qualities
- Commercial basic training and/or appropriate further education in sales/marketing
- Professional experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
- Confident German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness for weekend, evening, and international assignments
- Convincing appearance, resilience, and an existing network in tourism
- Networked thinking including all marketing-relevant areas
- Enthusiasm for the Jungfrau Region
