Around 300 employees and 12 apprentices ensure daily that our fresh meat, sausage, and caterer specialties find their way into gastronomy and retail. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start:

Mission:
You ensure smooth operations in logistics and administration, coordinate internal and external interfaces, and actively support the further development of efficient processes. With your structured way of working, system affinity, and service orientation, you significantly contribute to meeting quality, deadline, and customer requirements.

Your area of responsibility:
• Contact person for coordination with internal interfaces, suppliers, and carriers
• Layout creation and label printing
• Managing correspondence
• Optimization and further development of logistics processes
• Handling cash payer collection
• Support in ERP/software area and monitoring of IT interfaces
• Receiving delivered goods and attending to pickup customers
• Invoice control
• Order entry and invoicing
• Ensuring implementation of quality-relevant requirements

Your profile:
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Precise and careful working style
• Quick comprehension
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Willingness for changing working hours between 06:00 and 21:00
• Flexibility, teamwork, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Impeccable reputation
• License to operate industrial trucks is an advantage
• MS Office skills
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
• Own vehicle and driver’s license are an advantage
