Cafe Manager / Team Leader Service (m/f/d) 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Leadership, recruitment, training, and development of your team
- Guest care and fulfillment of customer and guest needs
- Responsible for smooth service operations in your own café in cooperation with the head chef
- Control and ensure the correct replenishment of food and drinks as well as labeling
- Compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including 1 - 2 years in a leadership role
- Solid IT skills, ideally experience with G Suite and SAP/IUS
- Strong hospitality qualities and a winning, well-groomed appearance
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Enjoy direct customer contact as well as working in a team
