Your tasks
- Active customer care in the store, via email, and by phone
- Leading and supporting individuals with mental impairments
- Planning, co-designing, hygiene, and quality control
Your profile
- Training in retail in the food sector with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the bakery confectionery industry
- Preferably an additional pedagogical qualification or several years of experience in the social field and willingness to continue education in work pedagogy
- Empathy and respectful interaction with people with mental impairments
- Resilient, very flexible, and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude towards life and pronounced organizational talent
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Driver's license category B
