What you will do here

Support the head of the BA Transformation Design program in organization, communication, and development
Contribute to public relations, website & social media, and communication with partners
Advise students on administrative matters, coordinate regular processes with the administration
Plan and accompany events, practical projects, and public formats, and support guests, lecturers, and practice partners
Support the planning and supervision of practical projects – appointment coordination, communication with practice partners, and documentation

What you ideally bring with you

Completed studies (university/FH) in design, business, or social sciences
Strong organizational skills as well as teamwork ability (e.g., project management tools, online collaboration, content management)
Very good language, analytical, and editorial skills (confident German, good English, level B2)
Knowledge of the design and higher education landscape is an advantage
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and independent working style
