As a post-/parcel deliverer in Gossau (SG), you play a crucial role in ensuring that shipments arrive reliably and punctually at the recipients. Our client is a service company in the general service sector that places great value on careful work, reliability, and customer-oriented actions. In this part-time role with a workload of 50-60%, you take on the responsible task of safely sorting, transporting, and correctly delivering letters and parcels. Responsibilities
- Handling new construction projects from building permit to handover
- Planning and managing renovation and refurbishment projects
- Responsible for scheduling, cost, and quality control
- Documentation and administration of the construction process
- Ensuring warranty inspections and warranty work
- Maintaining contacts with builders, authorities, and planners
- Collaboration with architects, authorities, businesspeople, and craftsmen
Profile
- Completed basic construction training with further education as a site manager, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in construction project management
- Good computer skills
- Strong organisational and solution-oriented
- You are characterised by communication skills and resilience
- Good oral and written German skills
