Tasks
- Organisatorische Abwicklung vom Eintritt bis Austritt unterstützen.
- Erstellung von Therapieplänen für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten.
- Täglicher Kontakt mit Patientinnen, Angehörigen und Ärzten.
Skills
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Administrationsbereich.
- Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Polypoint).
- Stilsicheres Deutsch, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.

About the job
The Privatklinik Hohenegg is a specialized clinic with 95 beds for psychiatry, psychotherapy, and psychosomatics. It is run openly and is accessible to private, semi-private, and general insured patients from Switzerland as well as self-payers. It is housed in a listed magnificent building, located in nature and high above Lake Zurich. In addition to the inpatient services, we operate a Center for Mental Health (ZPG) for outpatient and hospital-associated psychiatry at two locations. The sponsorship is a non-profit foundation.

Your tasks
In this demanding role, you support the team for the smooth organizational handling from admission to discharge as well as for the creation of therapy plans for our patients. Daily contact with patients, their relatives, referring and internal doctors, as well as other interfaces, is at the center of your work.
Your profile
In addition to a commercial basic education, you bring successful professional experience in the administration area, preferably in healthcare. With your balanced, solution-oriented personality, you have a positive work and life attitude and are a responsible performer in our team. Your communication externally as well as internally is transparent, constructive, and appreciative. A pronounced quality awareness and lived service behavior are a matter of course for you. You work concentrated on details while keeping the overall view in mind. Even in busy times, you remain calm and gladly take on responsibility. You have very good IT skills (MS Office, Polypoint) and confident German language skills; English language skills are an advantage.
