Quality Control
- Control and documentation of the quality of concrete and finished products
- Planning of quality control activities considering deadlines, means, and resources
- Comparison of test results and analysis certificates with standards and product requirements
- Preparation of reports
- Reporting quality deviations to quality management as well as initiating and tracking corresponding measures
- Collaboration in the development and further development of test plans for concrete and products (concrete elements)
Quality Assurance
- Control of product stability and analysis of standard deviations
- Technical support for corrective and preventive measures related to quality deviations
- Archiving of test and recipe documentation in the laboratory software
- Monitoring of test equipment in the laboratory
Concrete Technology
- Checking, matching, and adjusting recipes
- Conducting ongoing tests and concrete trials as part of the development of new recipes
- Accompanying test productions
WPK Responsibility
- Co-responsibility for the implementation and documentation of in-house production controls (WPK and test plans)
Project Work
- Collaboration in the implementation of innovations and projects
- Completed technical or manual basic training
- Further training as a construction materials tester FA (completed or willingness to complete)
- Basic knowledge in concrete technology
- Solid MS Office skills
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Strong assertiveness
