The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Bündner mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," the hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites, and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE
• Qualification as a federally certified chef (or equivalent training)
• Further training as a diet cook or solid experience in dietary cuisine
• Several years of experience as an Executive Chef
• Leadership role in upscale hospitality
• High expertise in healthy, modern, and sustainable cuisine
• Leadership strength, organizational talent, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Passion for quality, innovation, and teamwork
• Very good German and English skills. Italian skills are an advantage.
📄 TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
In this key position, you bear overall responsibility for the culinary direction of the house and work closely with our star chef Marco Campanella. A special focus is on the consistent further development of our nutrition science-based Moving Mountains Nourish concept. You combine classic haute cuisine with modern dietetics and create offerings that credibly unite enjoyment, health, and sustainability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsibility for all kitchen areas
• Further development and implementation of the Moving Mountains nutrition concept
• Close collaboration with the SPA and our nutritional consulting
• Leadership, development, and motivation of the kitchen team
• Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards
• Budget responsibility, inventory management, and cost control
• Creative menu design considering individual needs and diets
Our long-standing Executive Chef has shaped this position for 15 years with great commitment, high professional competence, and a lot of passion.
