We are continuing to build our still new Dementia Care Team – and are looking for people with empathy, competence, and team spirit at all training levels:

Dementia Care

❤ SRK Care Assistant and AGS (40-80%)

• You support our clients in everyday life and with personal care
• You bring warmth and structure to the daily routine and pass on important observations
• Your care creates real quality of life

 Health Professionals (FaGe) (40-90%)

• You take on nursing tasks with responsibility and professional competence
• You adapt your care individually and are a communicative link in the team
• You actively shape the care process

🎓Dipl. Nursing Professionals HF/FH (60-100%)

• You manage demanding care situations professionally and empathetically
• You coordinate the care process and accompany relatives on an equal footing
• You shape the development of the team with your expertise

What you bring with you

• Completed training depending on function (SRK course, AGS, FaGe EFZ or nursing professional HF/FH)
• Ideally experience and genuine interest in dementia care
• Joy in person-centered care, co-creation, and teamwork
