Contract type: Permanent contract, full-time (40 hours per week)
Your Tasks
- Conceptualization, implementation, and support of trade shows and events domestically and internationally, including the creation of advertising measures
- International trade show coordination
- Trade show personnel planning
- Planning and controlling of budgets
- Management of external partners and agencies
- Creation and implementation of business and building equipment
- Selection and design of advertising materials
- Graphic design
Your Profile
- Completed (specialized) university degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on marketing, event, or trade show management
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of trade shows, events, and graphics
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good user knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Confident handling of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge (SD sales) is an advantage
- Good eye for typography and image ratios
- High degree of independence, responsible working, and commitment
- Organizational skills, flexibility, resilience, and willingness to travel
- Willingness to work weekends in the context of trade shows and events
- Communicative skills and teamwork ability
