Your area of responsibility with the new employer - Shared responsibility with the team management for the quality of care and the implementation of care concepts as well as quality documents in the living group
- Ensuring care organization and service planning during the absence of the team management
- Contact person with leadership and decision-making competence for residents, relatives, and
- Regular review of resident documentation and ensuring correct RAI classification
- Monitoring the RAI process and working as RAI supervisor
- Organization and implementation of medical visits in consultation with the team management
- Responsibility for complex care and support situations, including case discussions with
- Training as a qualified nursing specialist HF, preferably with corresponding CAS
- Interest in leadership tasks in the absence of the team management
- In-depth knowledge in long-term care and in the care classification process
- Professional analysis of complex situations, development of solution proposals, and
- Experience with RAI RUG
