We are looking for a Deputy Head of Housekeeping

Requirements:

• a completed HOFA apprenticeship, completed Progresso courses, or several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• fluent German skills, additional languages are an advantage
• proven leadership experience
• experience in the 4-star category
• precise, resilient, well-groomed, and cheerful personality
• quality- and service-conscious in thinking and acting
• responsible, reliable, motivated, and team-oriented

Responsibilities and main tasks in representation of the Head of Housekeeping:

• Responsible for cleanliness in all public areas, in the rooms as well as around the hotel, inspection of guest rooms and common areas
• Ensuring optimal deployment planning for smooth and efficient operation on all floors and in the laundry (organization, planning, and management)
• Leadership, training, and supervision of the entire housekeeping team
• Enforcement of regulations for occupational safety and hygiene
• Active assistance with cleaning tasks
