Your tasks

Planning, executing, and implementing cross-departmental programs and projects defined by the strategy

Developing decision-making bases, concepts, and presentations for the management and other leadership bodies

Supporting the recording of national and international developments in healthcare and deriving possible implications

Preparing, accompanying, and following up on workshops and committee meetings to steer the strategic management process

Ensuring adequate internal communication and reporting on topics within the area of responsibility

Building and maintaining relationships with contacts

Creating a good working atmosphere through a cooperative working style

Your profile

Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in health sciences, health economics, business administration, or a comparable education

Several years of professional experience in healthcare and/or consulting with a focus on healthcare

Proven experience in managing demanding projects

Experience in digital transformation is an advantage

Confident handling of MS Office as well as openness and interest in using AI technologies

Independent and structured way of working

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Initiative and high motivation to actively shape changes
