Job Description
- Friendly patient reception and professional patient care
- Coordinate patient triage using an electronic agenda
- Maintain electronic patient records
- Therapeutic and diagnostic measures (recording vital signs, blood sampling, laboratory analyses, injections, lung function tests, ECG, X-rays, dressing changes)
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and punctures
- Organize external examinations
- Complete service recording and billing
- Procurement and inventory management (medications and consumables)
- Insertion of peripheral venous catheters (PVC) and intravenous administration of medications
Qualifications
- You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ or an equivalent qualification including X-ray authorization (other basic medical training unfortunately cannot be considered).
- You have at least two years of professional experience in the field.
- Additional training as a Medical Practice Coordinator is an advantage.
- You are very familiar with medical terminology.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with KIS or PIS software is an advantage.
- You work independently, reliably, and with a high quality standard.
- Resilience, initiative, and an independent working style characterize you.
- You are a team player and service-oriented.
- Empathy in dealing with patients is a matter of course for you.
- You bring organizational skills and networked thinking ability.
- Your problem-solving skills are an advantage.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- French and English skills are an advantage.
