- You build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and field staff and effectively support distribution – thus strengthening value creation across departments and divisions.
- You explain the topic of cyber and the associated risks clearly – internally and externally, in visits and training – increasing awareness and reducing fears of contact.
- You review inquiries from companies and brokers, assess suitability for collaboration with AXA, and accompany the implementation until completion.
- Together with our experts, you drive product development forward and pragmatically implement new ideas.
- You coordinate the interface with the service provider and support them in further developing the cyber prevention services.
- Together with the head of cyber insurance, you further develop the cyber insurance strategy and advance strategic projects.

- You have a higher education (HF/FH/University)
- You describe yourself as a decisive and sales-oriented personality with negotiation skills and natural assertiveness
- You have several years of professional experience in various areas of the insurance industry and have in-depth knowledge of the SME business
- Ideally, you already have knowledge in cyber insurance
- You bring an independent and solution-oriented working style
- You enjoy learning new things and regularly further your education
- Very good German and English skills plus ideally French or Italian.
