Your Tasks

Are you a committed and strong leader who combines strategic foresight with operational implementation in OR planning?

Then we offer you a key role in which you, together with your team, optimally manage on the one hand the operating capacities, and on the other hand the capacities of the intervention center (endoscopy, day clinic) and the HKL (interventional cardiology), and in close cooperation with the "Integrated Capacity Management" ensure the highest possible utilization of the offered OR and intervention resources in harmony with bed availability.

You are responsible for the personnel, organizational, and professional leadership of the department with currently 8 employees
You calculate and create the operational and interventional block time schedule in close coordination with the OR operations management and are responsible for efficient block time organization including allocation to the surgically and interventionally active doctors
Together with your team, you ensure both prospective OR and interventional capacity planning as well as coordination of the daily operational and interventional program
In addition, you coordinate and control urgent or emergency procedures in rotation with the OR operations management and the daily responsible persons of the anesthesia and OR departments

Your Profile

You have experience in healthcare, especially in the OR environment as a specialist in surgical technology HF or certified expert NDS HF anesthesia, and possess proven competence in OR management or a comparable coordinating function
With pronounced communication skills, ability to reach consensus, and high solution orientation, you are able to confidently coordinate the different demands and expectations of various stakeholders
Management and leadership are your passion, and you also value and place great importance on good and collegial interdisciplinary collaboration
You make quick, well-founded decisions even in dynamic situations, taking dependencies and overall contexts into account
