The Stiftung Wohnen im Alter, based in Hinwil, offers space for 90 care-dependent and elderly people. In four departments, spread over two houses, as well as 29 senior apartments partly with services, we are committed daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.

Health Specialist 80% Night Shift
who gladly takes responsibility and wants to actively help shape (also possible on a temporary basis).
Your area of responsibility
- Taking over basic and treatment care as well as caring for the residents according to their will and biographies
- Supporting the qualified nursing staff in complex care situations
- Taking over house responsibility
- Professional support and guidance of employees and trainees
- Implementation of the care process and documentation of care using Care Coach
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Good professional and methodological competence
- Professional experience in long-term care and acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability, good perception and observation skills
- RAI knowledge desired
- Very good communication skills in German language and writing
