Job Description
The Technology & Cyber Information Security Risk Analyst will be part of the Operational Risk team. We are looking for a passionate IT risk, cyber and information security to cover a global role located in Switzerland.
Location: Geneva, Zurich, Lugano.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee the effective and consistent implementation and maintenance of the risk and control management framework globally.
- Contribute to thematic risk and control assessments on IT security issues, cyber risk, and threat analysis through collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
- Perform process-level walkthroughs and control testing to enable the identification and assessment of risks and controls.
- Provide expertise, make recommendations for improvements to steer adherence to internal regulations, regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and monitor their implementation.
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders within the First Line of Defence.
- Stays abreast and advises the Bank on innovative business and technology trends in risks and controls.
Skills and experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Professional certification, e.g. Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Security Manager, (CISM), Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Risk and
- Information Systems Control (CRISC) or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in banking IT platforms, operational processes and IT controls, or in consulting/audit with a leading professional services firm; a combination of both is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of German, French, or Italian is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of key technology and information security concepts relevant to banking. In particular, strong knowledge of IT organisation, business processes and systems (e.g. IT Security, data management, architecture and planning, life cycle management and regulatory matters).
- Proven ability to write reports and communicate effectively with a senior audience.
- Self-motivated, diligent, highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
