Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Hauswartung for a school area, 100%, for one year.
Tasks
- Cleaning and maintaining the primary school and sports hall areas.
- Performing maintenance tasks like lawn care and snow shoveling.
- Operating and maintaining devices and technical systems.
Skills
- Completed vocational training in facility management or related field.
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance work required.
- Technical understanding and versatile craftsmanship skills.

About the job
We are immediately or by arrangement looking for a reliable and committed janitor for the school area 100%, limited to one year
Your tasks
- Cleaning and maintenance of the primary school with triple gymnasium, cost house, underground garage as well as ancillary rooms
- Maintenance and outdoor work: mowing and trimming lawns, cutting hedges, sweeping leaves, shoveling snow, etc.
- Operation and maintenance of equipment and technical systems
Your profile
- Completed training as a facility maintenance specialist, janitor, or an equivalent manual profession
- Experience in cleaning and outdoor maintenance
- Technical understanding and versatile manual skills
- Independent working style and a service-friendly demeanor
- Willingness to work outside regular hours (school, courses, clubs) and occasionally evenings and weekends
