To complement our pool of instructors, we are looking for several specialists in health care for the area of inter-company courses

Instructors with a focus on violence and aggression management

In this role, you will conduct two-day inter-company courses with up to 16 young learners. The learners are in the 4th semester of their three-year training. They learn and work in various nursing areas of healthcare such as long-term care (nursing homes), acute care (hospital), psychiatry, home care, and KJFF (children/youth/families/women). The course planning and materials are binding and provided by OdA G ZH.

Your profile:

• You have a training recognized by NAGS Switzerland or NAGS Austria as a trainer in aggression, de-escalation, and safety management or are currently undergoing such training
• Experience in group teaching and working with young people
• Practical experience in performing coaching functions in emergency situations and coercive measures
• Pedagogical further training or training in the health sector is an advantage
• Availability during calendar weeks 16 – 21 for at least 2x2 consecutive days
• Enjoy working with young people
