Job Description

AS A HEAD WAITER/WAITRESS

You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure personalized reception and service quality for our clientele.
You know the menu perfectly to meet customer expectations.
You will carry out various service and setup operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within your hotel.

Qualifications

Ideally from a hotel training background, you have significant experience of at least 4 years in a similar position and establishment.
You have excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills. You are motivated, have a keen sense of organization and teamwork.
Mastery of English is mandatory, German is a real asset.
