Teamleader Release Testing (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of an interdisciplinary test team with a total of 8 employees
• Support in creating test concepts for analysis systems regarding hardware, firmware, and software
• Ensuring cross-site collaboration
• Strategic further development and support of the team in the introduction of Scrum
• Close coordination with validation and release managers

Your profile

• Your solid scientific or technical education (ideally computer science)
• You are a convincing and assertive personality, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as several years of leadership experience
• You maintain open and transparent communication and know how to inspire your employees through active coaching and motivating objectives
• Experience in areas such as Engineering Lifecycle Management, Scrum, programming skills, and analytical chemistry is advantageous
• You have several years of experience in planning and conducting software or system tests
• Ideally further training as a test manager
• You communicate and act confidently in German and English
