Your tasks
- Professional, individual care and support of our residents
- Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- Supervision of trainees AGS and FaGe as well as interns
- Willingness to work in all shifts (early/late/night shift)
Your profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (DN1/HF) or recognized geriatric nurse
- First experience in acute or long-term care
- High respect for elderly and demented people
- Competent and independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
- Resilient personality with strong communication and service skills
- Good German skills (spoken and written)
