At Sika Manufacturing AG in Sarnen, we manufacture high-quality plastic membranes for roof, tunnel, and structural waterproofing. The process operator (m/f) plays a key role in the production process and, together with their team, is responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality and performance.
Job Description
After successful training, the Recycling Process Operator (m/f) is responsible for:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring the two recycling plants
- Troubleshooting and initiating immediate measures
- Exact implementation of order planning in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Reporting quantities (SAP)
- Training new employees
Qualifications
- Work in 2-4 shift operation
- Strong safety and environmental awareness
- Good technical understanding
- Professional experience in a manual environment
- Precise, independent, and reliable working style
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least B1)
