Construction Supervisor Infrastructure Construction (m/f)

As a supervisor of our customers, you lead and monitor the construction orders entrusted to us from AVOR to the handover of the structure. You check the qualitative execution of the construction orders and ensure timely completion. You understand how to motivate your employees and take on the role model function regarding occupational safety. You will be supported by the administration in handling all administrative matters, and a modern infrastructure as well as first-class technical equipment are available to you.
Your main tasks include:
- Managing demanding projects in road and civil engineering
- Planning the economically optimal use of the available resources
- Taking responsibility for billing, costs, quality, and deadlines
- Maintaining and implementing change order management
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed vocational training
- Further training as a construction supervisor or civil engineer or willingness to pursue further training accordingly
- Initial experience in independently managing construction sites is an advantage
- Very good German skills in writing and speaking
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Precise working method, resilient and customer-oriented
- Good IT skills
