Dipl. Nurse HF as Trainer / Educational Supervisor HF Nursing and Educational Supervisor in Basic Training 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for the organisation, planning and implementation of learning support on the wards
• Responsible for the recruitment and selection of apprentices AGS and FaGe as well as HF Nursing students
• Central contact person for apprentices AGS and FaGe as well as HF Nursing students in all training-related matters
• Ensuring the organisational, professional and personnel prerequisites for high-quality training
• Responsible for the implementation of company training concepts and the requirements of the responsible educational providers
• Ensuring and continuously developing the quality of training in the company
• Professional and pedagogical responsibility for the design and support of company learning processes
• Promoting the competence development and theory-practice transfer of apprentices and students
• Holistic, resource-oriented care and support of our guests according to the care model and care process
• Contact person for legal guardians and their involvement in training-related questions and development discussions. Responsible for planning, implementation, assessment and documentation of the company’s mandatory elements according to the respective educational requirements (e.g. educational reports, competence evidence and learning documentation).
• Ensuring professional and complete electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF
• Completed trainer course and SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude with a passion for education
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges

• Confident communication in German, spoken and written
