Your tasks
- Contact person for the assigned agencies and clients
- Independent handling of administrative tasks and communication with media, advertising agencies as well as end customers
- Preparation of offers, mailings and monitoring of deadlines
- Data maintenance in the internal reservation and booking system as well as in the CRM
- Ensuring the flow of information within the department
- Support of key account management in daily business
You bring with you
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education with several years of professional experience
- Good user knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Communicative and sociable personality
- Independence, flexibility and proactive thinking
