Your Tasks
- Case management care and counseling of patients in "Home Treatment"
- Execution of nursing tasks and patient-related administrative work
- Taking on on-call duties
- Active collaboration within the team, with external institutions and the patients' environment
Your Profile
- Training as a certified nursing specialist HF
- At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Proficient language and PC skills
- Open, flexible and independent personality with high social competence
