Your new tasks

You are a sales talent and take initiative on the sales floor and enjoy leading a team
Your tasks include, in addition to your own sales responsibility, maintaining the assortment in your product group, leading a small sales team, and achieving all KPIs to be successful
You are responsible for the product groups Oriental Rugs and Lighting and manage the daily business directly on the sales floor
You inspire our customers with an appealing product presentation and are an absolute role model for apprentices and your sales team
You supervise the trainees in your team

You are responsible for the proper creation and processing of customer orders
You are a competent and solution-oriented contact person for the concerns and wishes of our customers
You regularly participate in assortment meetings and quickly implement concepts
