Qualified Nurse with Case Management on an Hourly Wage 20-100%
Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients
- You will advise and support our clients and their relatives
- You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- You will create care documentation and individual care plans
- You will instruct, advise and support other staff members
- You will cover holiday replacements for the nursing service management
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
