Tasks
- You create and implement an optimal FM organization for the shopping centers in the region and plan maintenance involving third-party companies
- You organize and plan the deployment of all technical staff or externally contracted personnel
- You are cost-conscious and create and monitor the ancillary cost budget and assist in the multi-year planning of investments
- You check and approve invoices in your area of responsibility
- You support the real estate region of Eastern Switzerland-Ticino with planning tasks and technical questions during renovations
- You ensure the safety of people and property in the shopping centers
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a maintenance specialist or a skilled trade (e.g., building technology, electrical, sanitary/heating or ventilation installer)
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking and action is a plus
- Administrative tasks come easily to you
- You hold a driving license category B
- You are flexible in terms of time based on the opening hours of the shopping center
- You are willing to take on operational activities (assisting with maintenance) in the respective shopping centers
