For the Foster Families Department in the Central Division of Supplementary Educational Support, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, limited until 31.03.2026 (with the option of extension), for a proactive and team-oriented personality who enjoys working independently and precisely, is resilient and communicative, and is eager to contribute to a motivated team. The position is suitable for recent graduates.
Your new challenge
You are responsible for the administrative support of the three teams in the Foster Families Department and thus contribute to the smooth running of daily operations.
Your area of responsibility
- Processing incoming mail, general correspondence, and ensuring telephone availability
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as sending reports and forms, creating invoicing orders, organizing interpreters, and supporting the teams in various process steps
- Active participation in cross-team working groups and departments to develop foundations or further develop the department
- Occasional support of the department head with general assistant tasks
Your profile
- A completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ and a great interest as well as a strong social commitment to the concerns of children, youth, and their families
- You are an organizational talent
- Your strengths include quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and always keeping an overview
- You are proficient in MS Office and also have a high IT affinity
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
