Deputy Head of Maintenance

In this exciting role, you are jointly responsible for leading the maintenance team of our modern injection molding machines.

THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:

Deputizing for the Head of Maintenance in their absence
Joint responsibility for the professional training, promotion, onboarding, and integration of the subordinate employees
Participating in the timely setup as well as the adjustment and conversion of operating equipment and their peripheral devices
Joint responsibility for the maintenance of operating equipment and peripheral devices (including troubleshooting, optimizations, maintenance, repairs)
Co-responsible for the spare parts warehouse and its proper inventory management and organization according to specifications

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING:

Completed basic training as a plastics technologist, mechanic, polymechanic, or similar with proven professional experience
Leadership experience in a production company
Enjoyment of technical challenges
Organizational and communication skills
