Job Description

Want to make our brand come alive – with emotion, creativity, and impact?

You plan, organize, and execute events, coordinate partner appearances, and showcase our brand purposefully – from customer events to trade fairs to internal occasions. You keep an overview of all details, from concept to on-site implementation.

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• You design, organize, and conduct internal and external events – from small customer occasions to large stages
• You create event experiences that sustainably inspire our community, partners, and customers
• You coordinate our presence at trade fairs, partner events, and networking events – including branding, logistics, and communication
• You work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth execution
• You build relationships with partners, venues, and communities and strengthen our network in the Swiss market

We expect from you:

• A completed education or degree in event management, marketing, or communication
• Several years of experience in the conception, organization, and implementation of events – ideally in the B2B environment
• Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor towards partners, customers, and service providers
• An eye for detail, a sense for brand appearances, and enthusiasm for real wow moments
• Fluent German skills and good English skills (at least B2)
• Willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
