Workshop Manager (100%)

Here it gets exciting for you:

• You take over the technical and personnel management of our technical department with a dedicated team of four to five employees
• You plan and organize the proper maintenance of our vehicles and actively participate in diagnosis and troubleshooting/repair
• You are responsible for technical administration. This includes, among other things, the coordination and assignment of orders to our partners, active involvement in the buying and selling of vehicles, as well as the management of damage cases
• You ensure the impeccable condition of our technical facilities at the Schattdorf depot and the stop infrastructure

This is in your toolbox:

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician (ideally commercial vehicles) or diagnostician
• Driving license category C/D or the motivation to acquire it with us
• You are a true team player, keeping a cool head even in stressful situations and thinking solution-oriented
• Solid IT knowledge, especially in dealing with diagnostic software, vehicle management systems, and common office tools
