We are looking for an internal consultant for our Business Process Services team in Allschwil as part of the Corporate IT team to globally ensure the functionality and further development of the SAP FI module.
Job Description
In your role as SAP FI Inhouse Consultant, you are a key player in configuring and adapting the financial module in the SAP system. Your main goal is to optimize our financial processes and maximize their efficiency. Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring the performance of FI functions in collaboration with the corporate finance department and local controllers.
- Maintaining SAP Group Customizing (30 units worldwide)
- Identifying improvements and managing implementation in cooperation with the Stäubli divisions
- Understanding business requirements and offering solutions for our existing financial systems as well as defining the corresponding technical specifications
- Ensuring proper integration into the Stäubli IT ecosystem
- Organizing and testing solutions
- Supporting key users in the finance area
- Contributing to continuous improvement
- Participating in the future transition from SAP ECC to S4/HANA
Qualifications
- BSc in Business Administration with a focus on accounting, BSc in Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience
- Solid knowledge of the SAP FI module including customizing
- Strong expertise in finance and controlling
- Experience in mapping financial and controlling processes in the SAP FI and CO modules
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- French skills are an advantage; other languages are welcome
- Analytical thinking and efficient as well as precise working style
- Enjoyment of customer contact, high social competence, and discretion
- Willingness to travel occasionally
