For the Civil Status and Funeral Services office, we are looking for a
Your areas of responsibility include
- Consultation by phone and countersupport for relatives in cases of death
- Conducting funeral discussions
- Arrangement and coordination of funerals
- Completion of administrative tasks
Additionally, you support the civil status office in the following areas:
- Consultation by phone and counter
- Administrative tasks
- Maintaining the Swiss civil status register Infostar
- Processing orders
What you bring
- Commercial basic training or a comparable education
- Ideally experience in the funeral services sector or in public administration
- Enjoyment in dealing with events in all life situations
- Customer-oriented actions, friendly manners, flexibility, and resilience
- Very good command of German, foreign language skills are an advantage
