Property Manager

Do you want to do more than just manage? In this versatile role, you take on a key position at the interface between construction and property management. You accompany demanding renovation projects, contribute your expertise to important decision-making processes, and represent the interests of property management in central committees.

Your tasks

You accompany renovations and construction measures from the perspective of property management and ensure sustainable use.
For this, you prepare well-founded decision-making bases (e.g., marketing, material decisions) and participate in goal setting as well as project documentation.
You analyze rents and set rental conditions.
You actively manage the real estate portfolio and organize and monitor various interim uses.
You prepare analyses and reports for the ownership or other committees.

Your profile

You have proven experience in renovations, repairs, and construction supervision.
To optimally support your portfolio and the demanding projects, you work independently, structured, and reliably.
You have a qualification as a property manager with a federal diploma and several years of experience in property management.
Due to your strong communication skills, you can mediate appropriately between different stakeholder groups.
You are digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office as well as REM or Garaio REM.
