To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager*in Neurology for a highly innovative product with numerous new indication areas. This offers the opportunity to actively shape, grow, and share ideas in a dynamic environment. Ready to start?
Main responsibilities:
- Analysis of the local market, customer needs, and identification of growth opportunities
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies within the GSA Brand Team
- Creation of sales forecasts, budget planning, and competitive analyses
- Organization of professional conferences and support of KOLs and key stakeholders
- Implementation of global and execution of local (MCO) campaigns considering local market needs
- Cross-functional coordination with medical, regulatory, and financial departments
- Planning and implementation of cross-channel omnichannel marketing strategies
- Training of field and internal sales teams as well as provision of sales materials
- Monitoring and analysis of all relevant touchpoints for performance optimization
About you
Experience:
- Several years of professional experience in product management in the Swiss pharmaceutical or biotech industry; experience in multiple sclerosis/neurology and launch experience is an advantage
Social skills / Technical abilities:
- Hands-on mentality with high quality standards, proactivity, and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills internally and externally
- Adaptability, team orientation, and strong cross-functional collaboration
- Analytical and creative thinking for data-driven decisions and innovative solutions
- Goal- and result-oriented working style with strong implementation skills and organizational strength
- High strategic competence and ability to implement omni-channel and customer journey projects
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and marketing tools
Education:
- Completed scientific and/or business administration studies; further training in digital marketing is an advantage
Languages:
- Fluent German and very good English skills;
